Tamarind Saison brewed in collaboration with our long time friend Ryan Witter-Merithew from Casita Cerveseria. Brewed with Golden Promise, oats, kaffir lime leaves, Persian limes, tamarind, and rooibos tea. Fermented in our open top oak fermenters…but ya’ll already knew that!
