Crushable IPA. Brewed with crispy German Pilsner malt, wheat, malted oats, and fresh lemon juice. Hopped rotationally and intensely with Galaxy and Simcoe. That's right... we intend to brew Handbier a bunch and maybe switch up the hops every once in a while based on what we think will make it a more refined and snappy juicy little number. Who knows though! Maybe we'll just keep groovin' on the Galaxy and Simcoe duet. This iteration of Handbier is oozing with notes of peach, lemon-lime, green grass, and summer breeze coconut.

Very pale clear yellowish-green with a solid soft white sheet of film left behind by the blanket of foam.
Smell is light, but does exhibit some lemon, dank weeds and biscuit.
Taste is straw, hay and biscuit with hints of lime, corn and mint.
This one's super frothy, but light in body, finishing semi-dry.

Poured from a 32 oz growler into a pint glass.
L - Pours a hazy yellow with a sticky white head.
S - Smells like lemonade.
T - Kind of a lighter beer, but nice refreshing lemony IPA.
F - Medium body and carbonation.
O - Great beer for the end of the light.

Papaya whip hue; semi-cloudy appearance; prominent head; sticky lacing. Nose is lemon; rye bread; peach; a hint of tropical fruit; manicured tennis lawns. Taste follows with emphasis on lemon juice, finishing with a gentle whisper of peach on the back end. The feel is a delicate melange of hops that coat the tongue with precision, while offering just enough bite to assert the style. For a crushable, session IPA, this is on point. Well done.
