From draft at TH. From the tap list: "Hallertau Blanc Saison 5.8% Brewed with a good bit of raw wheat and a touch of Vienna malt. Hopped heavily in the kettle with Hallertau Blanc from a lot selected by Jean when he visited Germany last year for hop harvest. Dry hopped assertively with the same lot of Hallertau Blanc. Bone dry and classic. Notes of asian pear, papaya, barnyard, white pepper, and guava." Very nice.
