Yet to be Discovered is a Honey & Sorrel Saison brewed with a bit of malted red wheat and a generous helping of PA wildflower honey as well as local sorrel from our buddy Adrian at @heritagefarmpa. Tart and zippy with notes of preserved lemon, cedar, and fresh cut grass.
