Pour from a magnum, it's brown with a small head and minimal lacing. Smells and tastes of barnyard funk, rotting fruit, cherries, tart green apples, tea leaf, oaky notes, chalky yeast, sour grapes, white wine, coriander, faint brown sugar or cinnamon and peppery spices. Tart, fruity, malty, funky, oaky...this is all over the place in a good way.
