The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds is a Marigold Saison brewed with 100% pilsner malt. Gently hopped in the kettle with Saaz and Marigold leaves. Fermented in our open top oak fermenters atop heaps of Marigold flowers from our pal Adrian over at Heritage Farm Philly, then blended and conditioned in stainless steel for many moons. Notes of tangerine zest, zippy acidity, earth seed, and a delicate trifoliate orange.
