When I Awoke is a Hoppy Table Bier. Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt. Hopped in the kettle with Experimental Hop #10416 and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. Fermented in stainless steel and conditioned for many moons. Big notes of black peppercorn, bright lemon zest, unsalted crackers, and bails of hay.
