Pretty (Ugly Before) is an Autumn Saison. Brewed with 100% Red X. Hopped solely in the kettle with Hallertau Blanc. Fermented in stainless steel then conditioned atop of copious amounts of fig purée. Notes of Meyer Lemon, dried cherries, biscuits and cartons of iced tea.
