Ornate Window is a Plum Saison with jasmine rice. Gently hopped in the kettle with French Strisselspalt then conditioned on plum purée and white tea leaves for many moons. Big notes of raspberry leaves, strawberry jam, blueberry tart, and fresh lime zest.
