2016 bottle.
This one pours with a very small head, and not much lacing. It looks pretty lightly carbonated. The body is a light but burnt orange color.
This smells almost lambic-esque, with a soft wine like character, stone fruit, and white grape.
This is super soft, and extremely wine-like on the palate - there's a pleasant almost buttery wine character, with berry, stone fruit, and oak.
This is light bodied, with a very light acidity, and a very light carbonation. It feels transient on the palate, in a good way.
This has aged very well - it's mellowed out, and become super delicate and very delicious.

Ultra light saison, wheat and spelt based making this oak aged ale lighter than air. If not for the flavor provided by the saison yeast and barrel aging, this refreshing beer might evaporate in the glass!

750 ml bottle poured into an oversized wine glass
A- A fairly clear golden straw with small white head.
S- Slightly tart, very wine like, almost reminds me of champagne and a dry apple cider, pears, oak, some wheat.
T- Tart, lemons, touch of cider, oak, some wine, touch of wheat, hint of pears.
M- Smooth, dry, light body, soft.
O- Another tasty season from Tired Hands, not a good as Winter or Spring, but more unique than Summer. Really feels like a fall beer.
