Pours cloudy light yellow with a short-lived head.
On the nose I get a skunky pilsner quality, white pepper, dry white wine, and orange.
The taste is orange, grapefruit, lemon, dry yeast, and faint, pleasant skunkiness. Not getting much chamomile, but it's vaguely floral.
The mouthfeel is medium with a semi-dry finish.
Overall, good stuff. A pretty, nuanced beer. Not a top tier TH saison, necessarily, but tasty.
