Single Hop Saison; Cascade is a reboot of a once flourishing BrewCafé tradition. Brewed with a bit of malted wheat and fermented in stainless with our Magickal Saison yeast. Generously hopped and dry hopped with Cascade, aka the only hop the matters in the end. Notes of gummi lychee, crushed verbena, Persian black lime, and quenching minerality.

From draft at TH. Pours a crystal-clear light yellow with a minimal head. Crisp flavors and tartness with really no hoppy bitterness. Loved it, and I'm not a real saison aficionado.

This is a very clear and crisp saison, with a lot of unripe fruit (especially apple and pear) aromas and a fairly intense tartness that covers any hop aroma or flavor elements.
