Poured from a bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Clear light golden pour up front with big fizzy white head. Some sediment at the end of the pour. Nice sticky lacing.
S: Tart and vinous... peach/nectarine. Funk and oak.
T.F: Tart with a very mild pucker. Strong peach and stone fruit. Apple cider vinegar and funk... oak and white wine. Pear, honey, spice, and grass. Complex... with moderate acidity. Fairly light bodied with effervescent carbonation. Funk, oak, and peach to finish.
O: A nicely executed Tired Hands saison. The peach really comes through and the barrel gives it some nice funk. Enjoyable brew.

Pours a mostly clear, pale golden, straw coloration with a small, fizzy head that soon fades to nothing. Smells of biscuity malt, with a strong white grape presence and ligher notes of peach, citrus and just a hint of earthy oak. Taste is dominated by vinous barrel notes more so than the peaches, with a distinct, slightly sweet, semi-dry white wine character and notes of white grape, earthy oak and light tannins, as well as tart peaches, some citric acidity and just a hint of hay and estery fruit: green apple, pear, gooseberry and very light funk coming through as well. Finishes crisp and semi-dry with a light tartness and medium acidity and some white grape, peach and oak lingering in the aftertaste, Smooth, effervescent mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This has quite a distinct white wine character to it, with the white grape presence almost overshadowing the peaches and nice accents of earthy, oaky tannins, as well as a good balance of equally light tartness, acidity and funk, with the citric acidity probably standing out the most, being rounded out by some estery notes and a nice, semi-dry feel to it.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like prickly but juicy peach, with oak, grapes, citrus, and white wine.
Strangely, this has more peach flavor to my palate than Peach Endoused. This is notable because Dualism uses 2nd use peaches that were used in Peach Endoused. There's some great citrusy and grapey wine barrel here, with a bit of dusty and complex funk character.
This is light bodied, and very drinkable, with a slightly lingering acidity on the back end.
This is pretty tremendous - Tired Hands' barrel program is pretty reliable.

Pours a hazy yellow gold color with a thin white head on top. The smell has a nice fruity funk aroma. The taste is subtle with some peach notes in the finish. The feel is thin but crisp. Overall it’s a very nice beer.

Pours cloudy light yellow with zero head.
The nose is peach, apricot, and apple cider vinegar.
The taste is peach, pear, apple, lemon, white pepper, and mild blue cheese funk. Mild barrel character, too.
The mouthfeel is medium. Adequately carbonated but soft, which brings out a vanilla element in the flavor profile.
Overall, this is awesome. Top 3 saisons/sours I've had from TH.
