This one pours a slighly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like citrus, vanilla, peach skin, peach pits, floral aroms, wine barrel tones, and oak.

This is really pleasant. It's super funky and herbal, with a mild but pleasing peach character. There's some good oak and a touch of vanilla, lots of citrus, and a bit of grassiness.

This is lighter bodied, crisp, and very drinkable. It finishes super clean.

I really like that even though Tired Hands is known for genre-bending/overall stupid Milkshake IPAs, they can still brew a really thoughtful saison.

Poured from a corked bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Clear light golden pour with 2 fingers of fizzy white head. Falls fast... nice lacing.

S: Tart and fruity. Peach, oak, and white wine notes.

T.F: Light and fruity... dry, with a nice burst of peach and stone fruit. Strong oak barrel character... complex and reminiscent of a dry white wine. Light bodied... delicate and crisp. Tart without being sour. Dry finish.

O: An outstanding Grisette... tart and fruity.. like a peach infused white wine. Wonderful stuff.

Clear pale yellow, with just the slightest bit of haze, a finger-plus of bright white head that's fairly quick to dissipate, leaving heavy, soapy lacing.

Lightly tart, sour aroma with delicate peach and oak. The taste follows the nose, but with a much drier finish than expected, muting any tartness considerably. It's almost wine-like in a certain respect. Definitely more grisette than American Wild Ale or a sour saison. The oak and a slight metallic quality linger with light peach skin in the aftertaste.

Light bodied with appropriately strong carbonation.

A fragile beauty of a beer perfect for warm weather quaffing.
