Psychotronic is a Farmhouse Pale Ale brewed with spelt and oats. Aggressively hopped in the kettle with Azacca, Cascade and Columbus lupulin powder. Fermented in stainless with our magickal saison yeast. Dry hopped with Galaxy and Amarillo then keg conditioned with our favorite Champagne yeast. Notes of lime seltzer, brisk dryness, apricot marmalade, and a cyberstorm of lemongrass.
