A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice slightly hazy golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave a light halo.
S - Big aromas of saison funk and white wine. Excellent almost lycheec aroma. Slightly sweet and almost tropical.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with excellent saison funk and lychee as well as sour apples. Pleasant funk and barnyard. Good acidity.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, body is a bit thin.
O - Overall this was a solid enough saison, very acidic, good fruity notes.

Light foamy head, good lacing but lower retention, hazy medium gold color
Nose big funk, but citrus and tropical fruit funk, lychee and grapefruit, juicy fruit and funk, fair malt
Taste little tart funk, fair acidity, some citrus and tart acidity, funk notes with earthy saison spices and funk, decent farmhouse funk and mild buttery vinous oak, little drier but flemmy acidic funky finish
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, medium effervescent carb, fair acidity
Overall mixed, some really nice qualities but also some medium quality notes
