Brewed with Pilsner malt and spelt. Hopped in the kettle with experimental hop #10419 and debittered Cascade. Fermented with a blend of our magickal saison yeast and our house hefeweizen yeast, then conditioned on copious amounts of apricot purée for many moons.

-Notes of fuzzy stone fruit, peach rings, Valencia orange, and lemon curd.

32 oz crowler poured into a teku

A- A slightly hazy golden copper with a two finger white head

S- Wheat, some apricots, pears, some funk, with a really nice touch of cloves and bananas from the Hefeweizen yeast.

T- Slightly Tart, lemons, apricots, some pears, wheat, cloves, some funk, some bananas.

M- Smooth, light body.

O- A nice inbetween of a saison and hefeweizen with a nice touch of apricot.

On tap, plus a growler:

Overall, a really good Farmhouse Ale. The beer is a nice, hazy yellow, with a nice white head, which was well retained. The aroma was fruity and spicy. The taste was as expected of the style, plus a nice apricot note, not overly so, just enough to make it very refreshing. The beer was smooth and easy to drink, especially given the lower ABV.
