Pours light pink with minimal head and streaming carbonation.
The nose and taste are cherry, cranberry, and lime. The mouthfeel is like a sticky, medium seltzer.
Overall, this is a home run for a 5% biere de garde. Insanely refreshing and perfectly tart.

On tap at Tired Hands Brew Cafe.
Pours a clear amber with fine, wispy head.
Smell is tart with notes of grapejuice, lime and cherries.
Taste is mildly tart and the cherries jump into the driving seat and stuff the grapejuice in the trunk. Hints of tea and elderflowers.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall,a nice, fruited saison, nicely tart and refreshing.

From draft at TH. From the tap list: “Local Cherry Biere de Garde. 5.3% Brewed with pilsner malt and Belgian pale malt. Thoughtfully hopped in the kettle with French Strisselspalt and boiled for many hours. Fermented in an open top stainless tank with our magickal saison yeast and microflora from second use local tart and sweet cherries from our pal Ben Wenk at Three Springs Fruit Farm. Notes of tart cherry pie filling, fresh cut hay, meyer lemon flesh, and black tea leaf.” Tart but tasty.
