Passion Fruit Saison. Brewed entirely with pilsner malt and thoughtfully hopped in the kettle with Mittlefruh. Fermented in stainless with our magickal saison yeast. Then conditioned on heaps of passion fruit puree and dry hopped with Motueka. Notes of tropical fruit chews, Italian lemon soda, zippy tangerine and underripe mango.
