Second pour was cloudier than the second, should have agitated it a bit, but still very attractive. Aroma was very strong of citrus (lemon but also orange) and oak. Taste followed, very sour to start with strong oakiness and just a touch of bitterness after. Tart, winey, and funky. Good feel.

Poured as a slightly hazy yellow color with persistent white head on top. The smell has a great funkiness to it! The taste is a bit more dialed back but that could be expected for something like a table saison. The feel is effervescent, crisp and dry. Overall it’s a very good beer and surprised that it doesn’t score higher.

L: Clear light golden pour with 2 fingers of fizzy white head. Nice ring of lacing.
S: Tart and funky.
T.F: Tart up front followed by a little fruity sweetness... and definitely tastes like a Tired Hands Saison. Green apple, grape skins, white wine and oak, and under-ripened stone fruit. Complex and funky. Light bodied and assertively carbonated. Super drinkable with the low ABV.
O: An outstanding white wine/oak aged taken on Ourison. Delicious... and just Tired Hands doing what they do best.

Cork under the cap in a green bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy straw color. Thin off white layer of fine bubbles with a slightly thicker ring around the edge of the glass.
Aroma has some wine grape, hint of oak, tiny layer of green bottle funk/skunk.
Crisp, little bit of sweetness, balance of tartness and earthy oak. Bit of funk, citrus hops. White wine grape.
Moderate carbonation, soft body, sort of dry.
Great brew, love the level of tartness, funk and barrel.

Pours a hazed gold with decent effervescence and a finger of short-lived white head. Thin sheets of lacing.
Lightly tart and sour aroma with wood, floral hops, green apple skins, lemon and a whisper of white wine.
Lightly tart flavors, again with some wood, stale hops, a touch of lemon, soap and apple. A hint of mineral water, too. The tartness soft and lovely. The hops, wood and mineral elements are all fine, but not quite as dialed in.
Light bodied and maybe just a tad too strong on the fizziness.
Again, the tartness in this one is really, really lovely. If the other flavors and the feel were in the same league this would easily be world class. Instead, I personally find it very, very good. Definitely worth trying.
