Our Hyper-Hoppy Crushable Saison. Composed of Pilsner malt and raw white wheat. Hopped and dry hopped intensely with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and New Zealand Cascade. Fermented with a blend of our favorite clean and expressive house yeasts in French oak for almost four months. Bottle conditioned for a lush and lively level of carbonation! Designed to be an extremely crushable table Saison, hopped at a rate more in line with our IPAs! Explosive notes of kiwi, feijoa, hyper ripe pineapple, white gummy bears, hay, and sun drenched Wallionian hallucinations.

16 oz can.
Pours a cloudy lemonade color with a finger of fluffy eggshell white head.
Lots of grass and funk on the aroma, as well as some peppery spice. Plenty of citrus zest and stone fruit, with some pineapple, white wine, and sweet melon.
The flavor follows with a good amount of lemon and orange, as well as pineapple, melon, apricot and peach gummies. Plenty of wheat and hay, with a touch of barnyard funk and cracked pepper.
The body is very light with decent carboation. Easy to drink but not as prickly or crisp as it should be.
Overall, this is a great grisette/table beer. It's fruity and earthy with plenty of funk, and is exceptionally drinkable.

Hazed pale straw with mild effervescence and two fingers of near-white head. Great retention and thick lacing.
Fruity aroma with papaya, melon, white wine, wood, pepper and must.
Strong stone, wood and Brett-like funk in the taste. Just a hint of the wine from the nose. Slight bitterness in the finish mingles with the heavy funk.
Light bodied and fairly watery, with just a little light carb.
Interesting enough mix of flavors, but the balance isn’t to my personal taste.

Refreshing, light body with a lot of flavor for it's low ABV. Notes of pineapple, and lemon when fresh. Brett Character gets more pronounced when aged.

Light hazy golden in body topped by giant white. Aroma of lemon skin, horse blanket, citrus rind, light booze and black pepper. Tastes of lemon skin, pear, very light horse blanket. Mouth puckering and tangy. Light bodied.

Pours a cloudy, opaque, yeasty light, pale straw color. Fizzy, momentary white head dissolves leaving some big fisheye bubbles of foam on top of the beer. Looks like a Berliner weisse or grissette .... now I must say that I was half expecting this to be miller lite since the can is a white can with a gold top ... and yea, I've drunk enough miller lite to recognize that can combo.
... taking a whiff this would seem to be in the grissette/saison family. Notes of lemon, slightly tangy, wheat, pilsner malts, tangy yeast and maybe some barnyard funk ... brett? Its not strong ... but I could see it. But then again, Brett in a can?? Whatever it is, its got some kind of funky yeast going here.
Taste follows the nose with notes of lemon, white grape, maybe a little lime, citrus funk, a bit of that barnyard funk almost like a wet blanket coming through. The malts are very mild, wheat, some grain and pilsner malts - more of a canvas for the yeast to shine one. Mild hops do come through on the back end - not so much contributing flavor as much as a bittering contribution. The yeast does take on a slightly spicy character as it warms.
Feel is light, super vibrant and prickly. Right in line with a grissette or table beer. Bright carbonation, really dry on the finish.
Ok, I'm reasonably sure this is some kind of a grissette or table beer and if I had to guess its got some kind of wild yeast in it ... since I really don't think its brett.

Thanks to CanConPhilly for this one. Bottled 1/24/19. 16oz bottle poured into 14oz teku. Poured a very slightly hazy pale yellow color with less than 1/4 inch of white head that had low retention and zero lacing.
Lots of funk in the aroma. slight bit of oak, nice grain, and gentle, floral hops.
Very much the same on the tongue; yeasty, spicy funk, earthy grains, soft hops.
The body was light, crisp, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, I would happily have this again
Overall, a pretty nice brew. Worth your time if you see it.
