Blended Saison 4.5% A blended Saison made of two parts: A magickal saison fermented and aged in Chardonnay barrels with our magickal saison yeast. Second, a Smoked Peach Saison fermented entirely in stainless atop in-house applewood smoked peaches from our pal Ben Wenk at Three Springs Fruit Farm. Notes of Trocken Riesling, Crisp Granny Smith apple, underripe stone fruit, and dried cherries.
