Poured from a 500mL bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Slightly hazed pale golden pour. Thin fizzy white head leaves a modest ring of lacing.
S: Tart and acidic... peach, fruit, and funk.
T.F: Tart and funky... strong fruit... berry and peach... apricot and funk. Oak and white wine... modest acidity. Light bodied... barely-there carbonation. Not quite flat but pushing it. Smooth.... must be the oats. Tart fruit and peach at the finish with some roast coconut.
O: A delicious soured IPA. Great flavor profile and drinkability. Only gripe is that it was nearly flat.

Sweet peach, slight coconut and subdued hoppy aromatics on this one! Taste follows minus the coconut with some mild hoppiness. It has a decent acidic finish...Good!

Typical of Tired Hands, an incredible process to get to this unique beer. Oats for lightness, a slightly orange golden pour. Sour jousts with sweet. Hop bite mitigated by lactose sugar. Is it a sour? A juicy hop bomb? Or all of the above? Peach is up front, coconut hardly detectable. Tasty as hell.

Pours a hazy, creamy peach colored beer. There was about a 1 finger white head. The head retention was ok. Minimal lacing on the glass.
The nose is full of peach. Just one hell of a peach bomb. Nothing else comes through.
Taste - A nice peach flavor mixed in with a nice hop bitterness. The hop bitterness tells you it's an IPA. I just get a hint of coconut, but very faint.
The body is decent. The hops cling in my throat a bit.
I'm digging this beer. Quite tasty.
