On tap at brewery:
Almost light-blocking white haze to the straw body. Decent layer of medium small white bubbles drop to a ring. A few lines of lace.
Nose of hay and light grain, little wheat, and some lemon hints. Little more lemon than expected in taste, but the wheat and Pilsner malt come through. A little bit of the oak taste comes through later. Fairly high carbonation yields to a slightly bitter ending.
A nice dry, citrusy saison with enough little nuances to keep me interested.
