The beer pours a delicate white head that dissipates at a moderate pace. The beer itself is a clear and pale gold that looks very nice.
The smell is pretty good. It has a moderate funk smell and has a light musky hay note along with an earthy and bitter hop note. The forward notes are then followed by a a sharp oak with a light vanilla note running through it.
The taste is good. It starts off with a decent musty funk with a wooden French oak note and hint of vanilla mixed in with it. The forward notes are then joined by the bitter and earthy hop note alongside a sugary lime and kiwi notes. The finish has the lime and kiwi lingering in the taste afterwards.
The feel is good and rather wine-like. It has a medium light body with a smooth and slick texture to it and slightly acidic finish to it.
Overall, this was a delicious beer worth getting and having on a spring day.

Poured from a corked bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip. As per the brewery, "Brewed with New York grown Gewürztraminer hand selected by out Dispensary team and sat upon the skins of Riesling grapes from a forthcoming project and hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Brewed in April 2018 then bottled in December 2018. "
L: Nearly clear light golden pour with 2 fingers of fizzy white head.
S: Tart and funky. White wine, pear, grape must, and oak.
T.F: Tart up front with some residual fruit sweetness. Nice white wine character... oak and grape mixed with pear and nearly ripe summer fruits. Some funk and spice... mild acidity. Medium to light bodied with ample carbonation.
O: Absolutely awesome beer. Complex, tart, and fruity. Great addition to the series.
