Our collaborative agricole rhum inspired Saison. 6.66%. Brewed with our good friend Matt from The Masonry in Seattle, WA to celebrate The Masonry’s SIXTH anniversary!!! The tropical wonderland of which passage can only be found through gloomy Seattle falls, the company of good friends, and copious amounts of daiquiris and agricole. A Saison like Agriskull is the product of playful ideas taken to their logical Tired Hands conclusion. Brewed in December 2018 with sea salt, and fistfuls of kombu and nori. Fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast, and conditioned in small format oak on fresh plantain and pineapple purée, as well as Madgascar vanilla beans. Bottled in July of 2019 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Looking forward to another 666 years with a coconut skull in hand.
