Our very special treatment of our Dense & Dark Saison. Brewed in January of 2018, and aged for over a year in puncheons previously filled with the famous Frederiksdal Cherry Wine from Denmark. Bottle conditioned for an additional year and released today, for you and yours. Notes of fresh cherry pie, rooibos tea, barnyard funk, bittersweet cacao, and cooked lemon.

Another bottled that had been squirreled away in the wine cellar. So, stored at a cool temperature since its purchase four years ago. We found this saison to be fascinating and vibrant.
