Our very special barrel treatment of our Dense & Dark Saison. Brewed in January of 2018 and aged for nearly a year in a new, heavily toasted, French oak barrel. Bottle conditioned for an additional year and released today, for you and yours. Notes of dark sour cherry, honeycrisp apple, freshly sawn oak, rich tobacco & molasses, and rooibos tea.
