A multi grain Kiwiberry Saison brewed with a really fun base of barley & spelt & oats & rye & wheat and fermented in a large Vin Santo cask with half a ton of Pennsylvania grown kiwiberries (a type of kiwi!) from our new friends out at Kiwiberry Organics in Danville, PA. Hopped with a very gentle hand of a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Cascade, and Simcoe.

For a Saison bottled in February 2019, this was surprisingly vibrant and tasty.
