Canned 4/28/2022
Looks the part; clear, pale yella with eggshell white foam. Just kind of smells more or less like a traditional American lager. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I'm not picking up much lime. I get a little bit more lime on the tongue but not much. It shows up on the back end, where you're also hit with an unexpected bitterness. I guess black lime seeds are super bitter (or so I read just now), so it's probably from that? Regardless, it's nice and crispy so it hits the mark in that regard. I dunno know, though; that's two straight beers I've reviewed on this site (the other a coffee stout) where I couldn't really detect much "add junk". If you're going to sell your beer as a lime lager, add enough lime so that I can really taste it, please.

12oz can into a tall glass. Canned 4/28/22, so a month old.
Looks decent enough. Bright yellow body, big persistent white head, good lacing.
Very light aroma of lime. Very light.
On tasting, the first thing that hits you is the bitterness level. The lime and sea salt additives are barely detectable.
Mouth medium, finish bitter.
Overall, just too much bitterness for a lager & lime.

T - Tastes of lime with a nice maltiness.
F - Medium to light body with a medium carbonation .
O - This is a nice change of pace beer.
