A zippy stone fruit Saison brewed in July 2018 and primary fermented in oak with our Magickal Saison yeast and mixed cultures. Secondary fermented on Pennsylvania peaches and tart cherries from 3 Springs Fruit Farm. Bottled in February 2020 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation.

A: funky and lactic aroma
L: cloudy pale honey colored, smooth foamy head, light lacing
T: sour, sour sour, mild sweet stone fruit notes
O: incredibly refreshing and crisp, smooth, tart. Lacking in depth - was expecting more peach/cherry and oak flavors
