From the label: “ A mixed culture Saison inspired by our favorite classic Belgian Witbiers. Brewed in March 2019 with raw wheat, flaked oats, and rice, and hopped with New Zealand-grown Cascade. Fermented with our Magickal mixed culture in a large oak tank, and conditioned on orange peel and freshly ground Indian coriander. Bottled in June 2019. Super bright and crushable!” Absolutely fresh and delicious four years after bottling.
