A: Bright straw yellow with a soapy white head.

S: Mango and pineapple, lightly uric, sweetish pale malt and mildly fruity saison esters.

T: Taste brings dry grassiness, a bit of pineapple, cakey malt, some stone fruit esters.

M: Light-bodied, moderate carbonation.

O: The dry bitterness detracts a bit from the drinkability, but besides that this is very nice.

Thanks, YaKnowBrady!

Hazy, dirty, light golden and yellow. Moderate off-white head. Messy, sticky, sheets of lacing left all the way down the glass. Beautiful. Flawless.

A bright floral aroma with some complementary lemon and miscellaneous citrus notes. A bit of tropical fruit maybe as well. Some mild yeast and grass.

The flavor follows the aroma, and is exceptionally drinkable. Some muted lemon notes, a bit of grass, biscuit, citrus notes, and passion fruit. This is really, really good.

Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Appropriate.

Fantastic. I crushed this growler.

on tap at the brewpub

Hazed golden straw color with a solid crop of white head resting on top. Wispy retention, patchy lacing on the glass.

Floral and slightly herbal in the nose with a smack of hops and Belgian yeast. Delicately funky with a touch of sweetness.

Crisp, soft hoppiness up front with floral and herbal notes. Softly bitter, funky and sweet tones throughout the profile. Grainy malts with light spicy notes on the back end.

Lighter medium body, decent carbonation, creamy and dry on the tongue. All of these Singel Hops have been pretty successful for me, so this one didn't come as a surprise (obviously).

A-hazy pale yellow color with a foamy white head and decent lacing

S-grain, lemongrass, herbal hints, pepper

T-lemon, yeasty malt, forward herbal flavors, little pepper, mild bitter finish

F-light to medium body with moderate carbonation, crisp

O-a decent Saison, but the herbal flavors are a little too forward for me

First had: on tap at TH

Another tasty brew, as with all the single hop series thus far. Hazy yellowish pour with a firm cap of creamy white head; nice retention and lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops, toasted wheat, light peppery spice. Fresh taste, herbal, citrusy, grassy, solid pale malt sweetness to keep the balance; minor notes of yeasty spice and green pepper. Light-medium body, and easily drinkable.

This poured out as a hazy yellow color with a foamy white head on top. There is a sticky lacing that coats the glass really well. The retention is pretty good also. The smell of the beer is pungent with hops and grass. The flavors of sweet peppers and lemon collide together with a slight hoppy bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is smooth, lightly carbonated and very refreshing. Overall it's a very good brew great for the warmer months.

I had this on-tap at the brew pub served in a sample glass.

The beer pours a very cloudy yellowish color, reminds me of pear juice. The smell is light and full of lemon and bread notes. There isn't as much citrus in the taste as in the nose, but it's still there along with a grassy hop note. I'm also getting grain and a touch of banana. The finish is bitter and slightly herbal.
