A: Bright straw yellow with a soapy white head.

S: Mango and pineapple, lightly uric, sweetish pale malt and mildly fruity saison esters.

T: Taste brings dry grassiness, a bit of pineapple, cakey malt, some stone fruit esters.

M: Light-bodied, moderate carbonation.

O: The dry bitterness detracts a bit from the drinkability, but besides that this is very nice.

Growler

Acquired via trade
Thanks, YaKnowBrady!

Hazy, dirty, light golden and yellow. Moderate off-white head. Messy, sticky, sheets of lacing left all the way down the glass. Beautiful. Flawless.

A bright floral aroma with some complementary lemon and miscellaneous citrus notes. A bit of tropical fruit maybe as well. Some mild yeast and grass.

The flavor follows the aroma, and is exceptionally drinkable. Some muted lemon notes, a bit of grass, biscuit, citrus notes, and passion fruit. This is really, really good.

Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Appropriate.

Fantastic. I crushed this growler.

on tap at the brewpub

Hazed golden straw color with a solid crop of white head resting on top. Wispy retention, patchy lacing on the glass.

Floral and slightly herbal in the nose with a smack of hops and Belgian yeast. Delicately funky with a touch of sweetness.

Crisp, soft hoppiness up front with floral and herbal notes. Softly bitter, funky and sweet tones throughout the profile. Grainy malts with light spicy notes on the back end.

Lighter medium body, decent carbonation, creamy and dry on the tongue. All of these Singel Hops have been pretty successful for me, so this one didn't come as a surprise (obviously).
