One of our finest India Pale Ales. This beer is made with loads of specialty malts to create a biscuity flavor. Motueka and Galaxy hops are layered in to create brilliant citrus flavors. We jacked up our base recipe for Hoppiness is a Warm Pun with even more dry hop additions throughout fermentation. Bright notes of lime zest and pineapple dominate the aroma.

It’s so good. Up there with any of the New England IPAs. The color is a perfect light orange haziness. The mouth feel is full. Packed full of tropical fruits. Really good.

Pours an opaque light golden yellow with a finger or so of eggshell-white soapy froth; solid retention results in a thick collar and a nice amount of lasting, spotty, and thin lacing.
Aromas of grapefruit, dank peach, zesty orange, pine, a faint tropical sweetness and the occasional minty, herbal tone all come together nicely; citrus and hop prickle in great balance here throughout.
Taste hits big upfront with a balanced, easygoing tropical medley, most noticeably hints of pineapple and grapefruit; pine and cracker build to a stiff hoppy bite as the profile expands a bit.
Mouthfeel is medium, maybe trending slightly thin, with a juicy, taut body and well-integrated carbonation; clean, gliding across the palate with a minor hop prickle growing calmly into the finish; smooth and no hint of booze to be found.
Tons of balance and great juicy character integrated from the flavor into the mouthfeel; about as easy as it gets for 8.2%. Very enjoyable and approachable.

Typical NEIPA murky orange appearance. Tropical nose, mango and pineapple. Smooth, rounded mouthfeel. Fantastic, balanced hop and malt taste. Constrained bitterness is pleasing. Tropical bliss. Top notch.

Medium-pale golden yellow body is completely opaque with a finger of white foam on top... Head slimmed down to a faint fuzzy cap and traced lace lines down the glass... Aromatics strongly suggestive of grapefruit pith and peel, with a clean pine breeze blowing through... On the sip, juicy but taut citrus - neither bright nor dank, but somewhere perfectly in-between... The bitterness is moderate, the tanginess restrained, and the sweetness very subdued, having more of a quenching dryness to it... Medium-light body-feel has a tang of citric acidity and a smooth carbonation... Despite the abv and body, I found myself wanting to gulp it down... Really solid entry to the style... 1/18/19 canning...
