16oz can poured in a pint glass. I don't see a date.

Pours a murky amber with a small head. Smell is resinous, piney. Surprisingly, not such a strong aroma.

Taste is clear but not overwhelming resin, moderate pine / grapefruit, and noticeable but not particularly strong guava. Bitter finish builds on successive sips.

Mouthfeel is dry, strong gritty/chalky texture to it. Overall, it's definitely good, but not world class.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color and has slight bits of whitish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries and limes are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lot of flavors of gooseberries and limes along with hints of grapefruit. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes more like a New England IPA than an Imperial IPA because it does a very good job at masking the alcohol from the taste.
