This boisterous, fiery red Ginger is kicking back! We’ve released a rich and strong IPA to delight palates with Extra Delicious flavour. This is a one-of-a-kind beer that combines refreshing ginger taste with a flavourful hop finish. A brilliant amber hue is appealingly capped with a crisp white head, with a fine balance of malt and fresh ginger flavour. Great on its own, or with spicy food. Just keep an eye on it in the sun

Poured into a tulip glass from a 473ml can. ok, this one is nuts. decent collar that lasts well. Complex and cheeky nose here. Ginger dominates like a Canada Dry ginger ale. Downright bizarre but it worked for me. If you hate gineger however, you will hate this one. also hints of chocolate btw. decent taste that lasts well throughout. ginger prescence gor sure but not overwhelming. really decent feel too throughout. Therefore, a decent find.

473ml can from The Beer Store. Pours a dark red/amber, with a foamy head that lasts a while. Aroma is malty, some nice notes of caramel and maybe chocolate. Taste is more rich caramel malt with some nice hop bitterness, but not as hoppy as I had expected. The ginger shows up in a slightly spicy aftertaste along with a hint of alcohol warmth. There's a fair bit of carbonation, which combines with the ginger to leave a slight tingling sensation on the tongue.
Overall this is a really interesting beer. I was kind of expecting a hop bomb from the name, but it was surprisingly well balanced. Good option if you want to try something a little different.

Can: Poured a clear ember color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of caramel malt with light citrusy hops notes is OK. Taste is a mix of caramel malt with some hoppy citrusy notes and light ginger notes. Body is full enough for style with good carbonation. Not fond of the caramel malt backbone and I though ginger didn’t come out as much as I was expecting.

I thought the ginger was just a reference to the colour. Sadly, I was mistaken, which is too bad as I don't like the taste of ginger. Thus, my rating is prejudiced.
Otherwise, the texture, head and almost all other aspects are good. But it's still ginger...and has nothing whatsoever to do with IPA.
