Served On-Tap, billed as a Belgian Table Beer
A — Pours a light pale yellow, which is slightly hazy and cloudy. There is a pure white head of foam that sits on top and leaves behind some pretty consistent lacing with each sip.
S — Smell is nice and quite focused on the typical belgian characteristics, light peppery yeast character, lightly phenolic and estery, slight bubble gum, all on-top of a solid lightly sweet bed of malts.
T — Like the nose, this is light but the flavors are all there, with notes of light clove, pepper, banana, belgian yeast, grains, malts, lightly sweet, super refreshing and easy going.
M — Light-Medium bodied, crisp and clean, quick and refreshing finish.
O — Very good overall, I think if I had to pick one beer of theirs to have a metric ton of, it'd be this one, just keep em' coming, great low ABV refresher with plenty of Belgian character.
