The color is clear golden yellow. Picturesque. I experienced quite a bit of foam. The smell is lemon, honey, lavender, and freshly-baked bread. The taste is yeasty lemonade. Light white grape and grassy flavors are also present. The mouthfeel is clean, smooth, and light, with higher carbonation. Overall, this is a flavorful but light, easy-drinking, delicious beer.

No can date
Pours a light fizzy smaller head, med retention, little lacing, hazy med gold color

Nose starts with dank onion garlic, did they put mosaic in a farmhouse pale? Yep apparently they did, wtf?! Behind that a little grainy malt, wheat, lemongrass, probably would be good without the terrible mosaic

Taste has the mosaic dank onion but thankfully more muted, fair lemongrass and lemon zest, little grainy saison malt, doughy, genetic citrus, but more dank mosaic onion. Drier finish grainy and a touch astringent

Mouth is med bod,med to higher fizzy carb, touch astringent

Overall it had promise but they screwed it up with dank onion mosaic

Got a single pint can of this from a Whole Foods in Denver. Poured into a nonic pint...

It produces a hazy pale yellow body with a foamy white head. Nice can art too.

Aromas of yellow peach, watermelon, asian pear, lemon, apricot and white cranberry.

Lovely lemon and pear notes dance with tart white cranberry and spicy pepper notes. Delicious.

Very smooth mouthfeel. Somewhat rich, but soft and light, with a crisp finish.

Amazing stuff. A worthy flagship ale. Cheers!

L:. Pours a hazy lemon juice yellow with a small head and no lacing.

S:. Fresh grain, lemon, a light Belgian yeast, not the strongest aroma.

T:. Fresh grain and bread, lemon, a light Belgian yeast. Seems to be missing something.

F:. Prickly carb, light body.

O:. This beer seems to be missing something.

Hazy pale yellow brew with a pile of foam in the wine glass. Very light bodied with a tangy and sudsy mouthfeel. Clean and sharpish. Flavors of Cream of Wheat cereal with a mineral finish.

Not much of the often robust yeasty Saison flavor. Quite ummm, "evanescent" I think is the word, with light flavors and shadowy maltiness. It's extremely drinkable and would be the ideal quaff for a meal. From the 16 oz can purchased at City Beer Store in San Francisco.

12th review. Best brewer in Denver. Best to go see them.
a) Wheat and oat tinged, thick haze, white head, smoothie body.
s ) Sports saison yeast blended with abundance grain and hops.
t) Big done up citric bomb melding NE IPA with Saison lemony / yeasty brightness.
f) Wine like, puckering, dry finish. high carbonation. Big flavor in modest ABV package.
o) Must try vs favorite saisons or even NE IPAs.

All foam on the initial pour. Second pour is better, producing a three–finger head. It settles rockily with a lot of large bubbles popping as it dissipates. The liquid is cloudy with a lemon-white color. Large bubbled streaks for lace.

Soft subtle pale malt start to the smell. I pick up a stronger sourness immediately afterward. After I pull the beer away, I pick up on strawberry notes.

The flavor very much mimics the smell--pale malt start, strong (citrus like) sourness with a touch of strawberry. The farmhouse yeast flavors are far more pronounced here. Moderate body with an elevated carbonation level as one would expect from the style. Long, tart aftertaste.
