Crystal clear and golden body, then light yellow and hazy when the yeast sediment is poured in; frothy, soapy head. Excellent herbal aroma; sage and coriander. Sage and funk flavors; some grapefruit and lime notes. Medium body; soft and light with some citrus bite; tangy with a semi-dry finish.
A fine collaboration beer, tasty and easy drinking. It does a nice job of blending and melding a grassy, herbal notes with a balanced addition of citrus-like qualities. Well worth checking out.
