Picked up a single from the Hop Spot at Hot Spot cooler on Brevard Road on 11-26-24 for $3.39. No canning date; consumed 1-21-25. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured chilled gold with a pretty good white head that has some hang time.
Nose is a blend of lemon, honey, and earthiness.
Taste is a light pale malt base in which i am getting a big biscuit flavor. Hopping is nice and it displays bigtime lemongrass. Finishes a scootch sweet, appropriate for the style.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and both very smooth and refreshing.
Overall, a well-made brew.
