On-tap. ½ Pint glass. Enjoyed on jun´12 –at Mediona Beer Fair 2012-. Experimental Lager. Good appearance & aromas are left on the backstage. The most important thing to discuss is how addition of grape grains in the brewing process resolves in a well balanced beer. Nor tartaric tasting neither undesired tannins result from those two different fermentation processes. At first sip shows green wood touch & grape zest harshness followed by extra dry but gentle bitterness. Thankfully malts provide nice balance in the middle so rough beginning is smoothed. Refreshing, flavorful, sensation lingers into the long finish. Light body, moderate carbonation. Very easy drinkability. Gimmy one more!
