Vom Fass at the restaurant, but not their best offering. It is a cloudy, dull golden color...unfiltered....has a puffy white head, but with minimal lacing. Head thins down to about 1/4" and stays there. Body and tongue are both medium....no big deal...nothing to write home about... Nose is mild; no malt coming through...just a light, grassy hoppiness. Flavor has some crackery, bready malt followed by a light, floral hop finish. Taste is smooth, not bitter, but understated. Decent, but I wouldn't seek this out. Prosit!!
