Yellow tan and cloudy, fair head and lace for a growler that's a day old. The carbonation was kept well and is about perfect for this beer.
Wasn't really sure whether this was a hef, a wheat beer, or a witbier, because it's got characteristics of all three. I went with wheat, but it's got hef yeast, and a spiciness that's more like a witbier. Wheatever! It's got a lot going on, certainly not at all boring. I find the spices have just a touch of something like a pumpkin beer (odd, but delicious!).
Body is pretty thick and chewy, yet inviting and super easy to drink. They did a good job on this beer, very enjoyable.
