The Soft Bulletin features the signature French Saison yeast floral character with some white pepper and orange zest in the nose. Quite quite dry and crisp, it has floral & zesty notes and some alcohol as it warms.

On tap at Community Beer Works event:

Dark Saison brewed with orange and tangerine peal: Pours a light brown with amber edges. One finger off white head. Aroma is lightly spicy with hints of toasted caramel malts and slight Belgian yeast sweetness. Taste is sweet but not overpowering toasted malt. Bright spicyness opens the beer up a bit, allowing for nice saison sweetness that finishes with slight tangy citrus. A very balanced, if conservative, saison. Very drinkable and the fruity characteristics, while subtle, keep it interesting.
