bottle thanks to jason b. winey and hibiscus smell. hibiscus gives it a soda quality. interesting wild beer. more sour as it warms. a good result of this experiment.

Appearance: Dark, hazy ruby orange color with a thick white head
Aroma: Citrus, saison yeast, slight Brett funk, slight oak
Taste: The taste follows the nose with more fruity Brett flavors.
Mouthfeel: Thin body with a moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: Very solid Brett saison offering from River North, reminiscent of Logsdon's Seizoen Bretta. The hibiscus definitely adds a nice color component but the flavor is hidden by the Brett and saison yeast.
