"Barrel Aged Mixed Ferment Quadruple IPA."
Brewed with Wild Yeast. Hops: Citra, Strata.
Hard to believe this is 12.1% ABV...drinks like it's 8. Can't say the yuzu comes through much, nor does overt bacterial culture. I get mild citrusy hops, faint alcohol warmth, pale malt, muted sourness, and lemon citrus. No oak, no wine, no brettanomyces, not much bacteria.
