Lager with wasabi, popcorn, and lime.
Has more umami than many lagers, but this one confuses my taste buds a bit, presenting clean pale malt and lime but not any lime acidity while sneaking in a buried hint of je ne sais quoi...I guess that's the wasabi, but there's no horseradishy spicey punch in the nose to signal wasabi.
Popcorn? Can't say I taste that at all.
