Stout, Stout Let It All Out

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight whilst on a beer trip to Springfield, Illinois with my old Oswego Posse. It poured an opaque dark with thin ecru ring head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle roast notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet dark chocolate malt base with subtle roast presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
