An American Pale Ale brewed with light malt bill and Simcoe hops to produce a well-rounded beer with a grassy, citrusy taste and aroma, but without the strong bitterness of an IPA.

Pours a clear amber color. 1/5 inch head of an off-white color. Slight retention and poor lacing. Smells of citrus hops, sweet malt, and a hint of tea. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is also a slight bitterness. Tastes of citrus hops, sweet malt, and a hint of tea. Overall, weak appearance, aroma, and simplistic body, but great feel.

Visiting my old neighbor this weekend and he had a crowler of this tasty beer to share. It poured a clear amber with creamy off white head that left a very nice ring lace in the glass. The scent was hoppy. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink malt start and hoppy finish. The mouthfeel is light and creamy in body with good carbonation. Overall I thought it was quite good.

Tulip glass after trying this in the flight, this was the best one of the four (hefe, session ipa, zerkle white ipa).
Bright saturated orange, sticky lace that leaves concentric rings on the way down. Good clarity and head retention.
Aroma of light citrus, hop greenery, and mild malt sweetness.
Tastes very clean and pleasantly hoppy. Mild orange peel and rind bitterness. Flash of pale malt sweetness, dry bitter aftertaste. Overall its well put together with no flaws. Easily sessionable, simplicity is underrated.

on tap at the brewery. 4 oz flight serving.
Hazy gold with a spotty head and good stickage.
Aroma is a musky, dirty hop with emphasis on pine. Yeasty sourness. Biscuity malt in the background.
Taste is heavy on piney hops, with a metallic twang. Dry, pale malts and powdery yeast is a bit off-putting. Hops are borderline astringent. Not really appropriate for an APA.
Medium bodied and well carbonated. Metallic aftertaste.
This would probably benefit from some filtering to cut the yeasty sourness and overloaded hop.
