I had this beer directly at the brewer taps. The Aux fous brassant, is located in the province of Quebec in Rivière du Loup. We have taste 5 different beers that Saturday, me and my cousin. The beer is poor in a 5 oz glasses.
The Saison du Nordet is a nice Yellowish orange a nice color. The SRM is probably around 20
This one is more hop's pronounce than the other I had at the tap. The IBU is probably around 30.
The smell is like bark. The ABV is 5.0% and the 5 oz sell for 2.50$ directly at the tap.
This beer have a subtile taste of burned wood.
If ever you pass in Rivière du Loup Qc. , don't miss this occasion..... a must.
